At Equi Trust Horseware we strive for the highest quality in all our handmade products. Because each item is made with care and attention to detail, the delivery time is usually 2 to 3 business days. We want to make sure your order is perfect, and this extra time allows us to guarantee that. For the customized products, the delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.

What can you expect?

• Fast delivery : Orders placed on weekdays before 5pm are usually shipped within 2-3 working days.
• Track & Trace : After shipping you will receive a Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your package.
• Safe delivery : Your order will be carefully packed and delivered by PostNL, directly to your home or a collection point of your choice.

Postage costs

We have transparent shipping costs. For orders above €150,- we offer free shipping within the Netherlands.

Delivery options

• Home delivery: Choose a delivery address that suits you best.
• Pick-up point: Prefer to pick up your package yourself? Select a PostNL point near you during the checkout process.
• If you would rather pick up your order, you can do so by appointment. We will send you a message as soon as the package is ready for collection.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent returns policy.

How does returning work?

1. Register your return : Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@equitrusthorseware.nl to register your return.
2. Download the return form : Click here and download the return form and print it out. Follow the instructions on the form, fill in the form and add it to the package.
3. Send the package : Send your return to our address via a shipping service of your choice. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 working days. Did you pay with iDEAL? Then the amount will be refunded to the same account you used to pay.
